Venue
The venue for the first 3 races will be the Hyatt Regency Coolum.
The venue for the last 3 races is Point Cartwright, Buddina along the boardwalk and overlooking the Sunshine Coast’s most spectacular coastline.
Parking
Coolum
Please park on either Warren Road or Warragah Parade and walk south along the path on David Low Way and turn left into the new road heading up to the Beach Hutt (look out for the Atlas Multisports Signs). Its is approximately 100m south of the entrance into the Hyatt.

Pt Cartwright - Buddina
Please park on the roads surrounding Point Cartwright, please do not park on any grassed areas (unless directed by an official) and please be mindful of local residents and businesses.

Age Groups
Your age group is decided on your age as at each race. The age groups are as follows;
Under 20, 21-39, 40-59 and 60+
* Children aged 7-12 can only enter the 3k or 5k events.
* Children under 7 can take part in the 3k event (as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult).
+ Entrants for the Half Marathon need to be a minimum 16 years old on race day.

Please arrive early to ensure you are registered in time for your event, and remember by registering online you save the $5 late entry fee.
Registration closes 15 minutes prior to the event starting, please be early to avoid the queue's.
A limited number of race day entries will be accepted if the field has not already been filled. Race day entries are cash only and will incur a $5.00 late entry fee.
Race briefing will occur just prior to the first wave of competitors starting their race and will be held at the start line.
Timing Chips will be given to you at registration before the event. Please wear the timing chip as shown (at regisration) on your shoe. No chip no time. Start waves will be allocated on race day and will be posted at the registration tent.
During the run torsos must be covered.
When finishing please keep the area clear for other competitors. Head of to the recovery area for some well deserved food and drink or take a dip in the pool and relax.
Presentations will occur directly after the race finish around the transition area.

Safety Info
While every reasonable precaution to ensure participants safety, you are responsible for your own safety and enter this event at your own risk.
Please adhere to the following safety guidelines;
- All entrants should undertake sufficient run training before the series and achieve a good level of competency for the distance of the chosen event.
- All entrants should be in good health, based on recent training, physical examinations, if any, and generally accepted good health standards.
- Fair sportsmanship shall be shown to all runners and others while competing.
- The run course is on an open public footpath. This footpath adjoins a public road that is not closed to traffic. Participants are to treat all roads as OPEN to all forms of traffic at all times.
- Runners must, at all times, stay on the footpath unless directed otherwise by a race marshal.
- Runners are to be aware of possible vehicles exiting from driveways along the course.
If you have a medical condition please obtain clearance from your doctor and advise the Event Manager in writing prior to race day, this can be completed on the entry form or online entry.
